  1. Enquiry: Contact Jason, our Cave Manager, on 020 8467 3264 (Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-4pm) or via email at to discuss your event requirements.
  2. Site Visit: Schedule a tour of our facilities to see the versatility and charm of our function rooms.
  3. Reservation: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the amount confirmed by the Cave Manager. Final payments are due one week before the event. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
