Catering and Bar Services

Catering

• Customisable Menus: We provide a range of catering options, from buffets to three-course meals, prepared by our in-house restaurant. Menu options are subject to availability and require a minimum of 20 guests.
• Dietary Requirements: Our catering manager, Nick, is available to discuss menu options and address any allergy concerns. External catering is not permitted.

Bar Services

• Licensed Bar: We can provide a licensed bar for your event, subject to numbers. Contact us to make arrangements if you would like a bar for your private event.

Entertainment and Music

While we do not provide music, you are welcome to arrange your own entertainment, such as a DJ or live band. Please ensure any equipment used has PAT testing certificates.

Booking and Costs

Booking your event at Chislehurst Caves is straightforward. We request two weeks’ notice to ensure all arrangements can be made.

Booking Process

1. Enquiry: Contact Jason, our Cave Manager, on 020 8467 3264 (Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-4pm) or via email at enquiries@chislehurstcaves.co.uk to discuss your event requirements.
2. Site Visit: Schedule a tour of our facilities to see the versatility and charm of our function rooms.
3. Reservation: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the amount confirmed by the Cave Manager. Final payments are due one week before the event. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Parking

We offer ample free car and coach parking for attendees.
